Promptly escalate issues and critical risks to project leadership Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify areas of non-compliance or potential risks and develop mitigation strategies accordingly. Implement risk management protocols to minimize project vulnerabilities and ensure data security and integrity. Stakeholder Communication and Management: Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners, to provide updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks. Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely manner. Resource Allocation and Budget Management: Coordinate resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocation, to ensure optimal utilization and adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Monitor project expenses and manage budget allocation effectively to prevent cost overruns and ensure financial accountability. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on marketing or credit card processes. In-depth knowledge of PCI payments regulations and demonstrated experience in ensuring regulatory compliance. Proven track record of conducting gap analysis, identifying risks, and implementing effective risk management strategies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
