Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes and their relationships. Experience with MID Server Administration. - Expert knowledge in ACLs, ATFs and Performance Analytics. - Subject Matter Expert in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM and IRM modules to include platform architecture, table structure and core functionalities including configurations. - Integration Capabilities with third party applications using REST APIs, Knowledge on Integration Hub and Flow Designer for creating Integrations and automating processes. - Experience with Platform Analytics, Process Mining and Process Automation. - Ability to perform Platform upgrades and clones. - Ability to evaluate and implement Security Center alerts.
