In this position engineers will design, configure, and implement computer applications to meet manufacturing operations needs. MES systems are applied to automate manufacturing operations from raw material to finished product. The systems manage the tracking of materials, batching operations, manual procedures, equipment status, and quality reviews. They also bridge the data needs between plant floor systems and enterprise business systems for visualization, dashboards, and OEE metrics. This role will work with internal teams and customers to deliver MES applications including design, software development, testing and startup plant assistance to the customer. In this role, the engineer will learn to become proficient with Traksys MES systems Qualifications and key skills - 3-15 years of experience in MES. At least 2+ years in TrakSys Manufacturing operations Project delivery to customers within a schedule and budget Software development processes using Parsec Traksys software Software skills utilizing HTML, JavaScript, JSON, SQL and Webpage development Communications interfaces with other automation systems such as PLCs and SCADA Significant customer service interactions Keywords: information technology Virginia Traksys Architect [email protected] |
