This role is pivotal in the transformation of our user interface from older HTML and CSS to cutting-edge JavaScript with Vue.js. The ideal candidate will be a front-end expert, capable of not only modernizing our UI but also establishing best-in-class UI patterns and architectures. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both the strategic direction of our applications and the day-to-day feature development in our business apps. Key Responsibilities: Lead the modernization of our UI by leveraging advanced JavaScript frameworks, primarily Vue.js. Develop and implement UI patterns, ensuring consistency and excellence across all interfaces. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into elegant, user-friendly UI solutions. Take ownership of both architectural decisions and hands-on development tasks, balancing strategic initiatives with immediate business needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our front-end development processes, tools, and technologies. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Requirements: Proficiency in modern JavaScript, with a strong emphasis on Vue.js. Demonstrated ability to establish UI patterns and build interfaces from scratch. Experience in eCommerce development, with a focus on creating seamless shopping experiences. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
