This role requires professionals who are adept at managing O365 policies and settings to ensure optimal utilization of O365 applications and services within an organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into technical solutions. Microsoft O365 Administration : Demonstrate proficiency in administering the standard suite of O365 security, compliance, and monitoring tools. Configure and manage O365 policies to align with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Security and Compliance : Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements by configuring and monitoring O365 security features, including data protection, encryption, access controls, and auditing. User and Group Management : Manage user accounts and groups within O365, establishing permissions and access levels to safeguard sensitive information and maintain data integrity. Configuration and Customization : Customize O365 settings to meet organizational needs, such as email policies, SharePoint configurations, and Teams settings, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows. Policy Enforcement : Consistently enforce group policies across the organization, monitoring compliance and making adjustments as necessary to mitigate risks and maintain security posture. Change Management : Facilitate smooth transitions during O365 updates and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Implement change management strategies to communicate updates effectively and support end-users through the transition process. Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, enabling them to leverage O365 applications effectively while adhering to established policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on technical solutions implementation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration, including expertise in security, compliance, and monitoring tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Solid understanding of O365 security standards and compliance requirements. Experience in user and group management within O365 environments. Ability to configure and customize O365 settings to meet organizational needs. Knowledge of change management principles and experience facilitating smooth transitions during technology updates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
