Role:- ServiceNow AI/Predictive Intelligence Developer Location:- Chicago, IL Job summary We are seeking a ServiceNow AI/Predictive Intelligence Developer with 7-9 years of experience, skilled in ServiceNow platforms including ServiceNow CSM and ServiceNow HRSD. This role involves leveraging geospatial analytics to enhance business operations, improve customer service management, and streamline HR service delivery. Required Skills: Service Now, ServiceNow HRSD, ServiceNow CSM Roles & Responsibilities Designing and building custom user interfaces using the UI Builder to enhance the user experience of our ServiceNow applications. Develop and configure custom workspaces to enhance the Abbott end user experience. Provide training and support to our process owners on how to use UI builder effectively to help engage end users where they work. Work with Abbott technical review board to contribute to the overall strategy and governance around UI Builder Components. Perform code review following the Developer standards Migrate code to Pre-Quality environment Coordinate to ensure the testing and deliverables are complete. Design, develop and implement AI algorithms and logic Develop data ingest and data transformation architecture Coordinate to ensure the testing and deliverables are complete AI - Use Cases (enable determination of the SN native capabilities). Use Cases are as follows: a. PI Clustering b. PI Similarity c. Basic auto assignment of assignment group based on short description and category. d. Gap analysis for similarities KB knowledge articles e. Incident link similar incidents f. PI usage of possible / probable of P1 / P2 incidents g.
