Experience with design and implementation of data warehousing technologies. Deep Specialty Expertise with scaling big data workloads that are performant and cost-effective - including technologies such as Delta Lake Support customers by authoring reference architectures, how-to, and demo applications Experience working with Enterprise Accounts Integrate Databricks with 3rd-party applications to support customer architectures. Experience designing and implementing architectures within public clouds (AWS, Azure or GCP) ==================================== Role: Business Analyst with Windchill Experience Job Location: Remote 10 + years of experience as a Business Analyst. Must have experience with in Automotive domain Experience with PTC Windchill exposure Closely work with Cross workstream, Individual Workstream lead, understand the business requirements/processes and develops strategic goals and objectives to achieving the deliverables. Captures all relationships and dependencies (functionally and technically) between various workstream and define set of strategy for solutioning. Applying a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key objectives of requirement and cascade to development team. Solution design with Business Administration focus Help define the performance goals, metrics, and key milestones for the proposed solutions. Provide insights and expertise from past engagements, industry knowledge, and application knowledge. Leverage Suppliers internal and alliance network to help develop innovative solutions or solve difficult solutioning problems. Provide a long-term guidance using internal research performed to allow for flexibility in the solution design. Provide guidance and training to the implementation teams. Person should have automotive & Windchill experience. =============================== Role: Agile Coach with SAP RTE(Release Train Engineer) Job Location: Raritan, NJ Facilitate the Agile Release Train ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and retrospectives. Ensure seamless collaboration and communication among Agile teams, stakeholders, and product owners within the SAP context. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to plan, execute, and track Program Increments within SAP projects. Monitor and report on the progress of ARTs, identifying and resolving impediments that hinder the achievement of program objectives. Act as a liaison between the ART and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and Agile teams' deliverables within the SAP domain. Facilitate regular demos and reviews to gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into the development process. Provide coaching and mentoring to teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on SAFe principles, practices, and SAP-specific implementations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within ARTs, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. This individual will be responsible for understanding the client's business footprint, developing a robust pipeline of opportunities, and positioning Client as a thought leader and strategic partner in the SAP space. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization, ensuring Client is top of mind for any SAP-related initiatives. Business Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the clients business processes, challenges, and objectives to identify potential SAP solution alignments. Opportunity Pipeline: Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of SAP-related opportunities, from initial identification through to proposal and closure. Thought Leadership: Position Client as a thought leader in SAP solutions, sharing insights, trends, and best practices with the client to address their specific challenges. Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients, both proactively and reactively, to discuss their SAP challenges and present Client as the preferred solution provider.
