Role: Salesforce Solution Architect Location: Remote US Job Type: Contract to hire Overview: We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong background in Financial Service Cloud and Vlocity, to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. Design and architect scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. Provide expertise in implementing and configuring Financial Service Cloud and Vlocity products. Lead and mentor a team of developers and consultants, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables. Drive the end-to-end solution delivery process, from requirements gathering to implementation and deployment. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes. Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce platform capabilities, guiding clients on best practices and innovative solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with expertise in Sales Engineering. Strong understanding of Financial Service Cloud and Vlocity products, with hands-on implementation experience. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
