Must Haves:

AWS CodePipeline (this  automates the build, test, and deploy phases of your release process each time a code change occurs)

SDK 

Experience testing the pipelines

Gitlab CI (may consider Jenkins) 

Plus:

lambda authorizers 

CloudNative or Cloudwatch 

veracode
