Job Description:    
Implementing JIRA Service Management across various modules including Global Help Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Project Management, and Knowledge Management.
Engaging stakeholders within the IT department to understand their needs and requirements, and then efficiently rolling out JIRA Service Management solutions using the JIRA Platform.
Taking a hands-on approach to the technical aspects of the implementation, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality.
Building out comprehensive implementation plans, identifying key milestones, and knowing the right questions to ask to drive the project forward.
Demonstrating proficiency in change management processes, facilitating smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
Primarily interacting with middle management, effectively communicating project progress and addressing any concerns or challenges that arise.
