Position: BPM Solution Architect Location: Detroit, MI (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract TCS/ Comerica Role Description : Designing, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise level Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. Desirable Skills: Experience with troubleshooting and monitoring solution. Good to have a knowledge of BFSI domain. Good Communication skills Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
