The area is in the Production Support space. The ideal resource will be highly proficient is major components of IBP, most notably Demand Planning and have established experience in leading/managing global teams as well as being proficient in components of Production Support (level 2,3) such as incident escalation/resolution, break/fix, etc. Contract to Hire resource must be located in one of these locations: Dallas area (Plano area preferred), Chicago area, Purchase, NY area, Mexico City, or Monterrey, Mexico. Salary is market rates for each area.
