| Title Test Lead with Medicaid experience Location Atlanta GA -Hybrid -Locals prefers Long term Contract Working Multi-Module and Multi-Vendor Environment Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing objectives, success criteria, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate / Facilitate with subject matter experts to author test strategies and use cases to exercise the Medicaid enterprise. Coordinate the execution of multiple test phases including functional user experience, regression, integrations (API and Flat File), reports, and performance testing Identify, log, and manage defects through the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution. Develop, document and orchestrate detailed test plans, test strategies, and test cases to validate the functionality and performance of the application. Coordinate with project managers, module vendors, business analysts, and development teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Lead a team of testers, providing guidance on testing methodologies, best practices, and use of testing tools. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with both manual and automated testing, including the use of testing tools. Coordination of Cross-Functional Testing Development of Integrated Master Test Plan Requirements Traceability Knowledge of testing in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
