| Product Owner Onsite in Omaha, NE 1 Years USC and GC Video Interviews Job Summary: Project Details: You will have 5+ Years as a Product Owner Agile Certification (CSM, CSPO, CSP) Prior experience with core banking applications, financial systems and/or digital delivery Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience [preferred] Experience in data warehousing/data mining/data analytics. Understands product strategy, market, industry, and client goals. Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories. Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams. Manages user stories for one or more products. Prioritizes backlog based on user value, time, and other dependencies Iteration planning and communication with overall program leadership and architects Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams. Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria. Lead team and/or client system demonstrations Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors) Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts Must Haves Agile is the top must have -wants them to step in ready to go and not train this person on Agile 5+ years of experience Jira, Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar Desired Skills Payment experience, general financial understanding, familiar with the concept of moving money and familiar with that data Cloud experience Someone more technical, with a background in infrastructure or security - general understanding of concepts, principles, they don't need certifications SAFe methodology experience Data mining, data warehousing experience Thank you!
