Sr. Scrum Master has the responsibilityof leading a mid-size team of Developers, Testers, BA and Technical lead. Theyare responsible for providing an oversight in the key areas of upholding andfacilitating Scrum Principles, sprint and release planning, deploymentplanning, communication and reporting, and agile process improvements and standards ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage multiple Agile and/or Hybrid projects under same/different Business Portfolio. Facilitating and supportingthe team in meeting their Sprint and Release goals towards Product Delivery.Strongly serving the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to doeverything possible to delight customers. Ensure all entry criteria for UAT andproduction are met. Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially withrespect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog. Coach team andsupporting members on Agile methodology and mindset. Guiding the team onself-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrumframeworks. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coachingthe team to achieve higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainableand comfortable for the team and organization. Prepare/Provide Agile Trainings.Removing impediments or coaching the team to self-manage/self-organize, removeimpediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment or comingup with creative ways and thinking outside the box. Track, manage and monitorthe budget for the scrum team. Conduct and facilitate all Scrum Ceremonies(daily standups sprint planning, grooming sessions, product reviews, sprintretrospectives and other essential scrum events) Provide recommendations toscrum team on how to increase effectiveness and efficiency with a keen eye onprocess improvement opportunities. Champion for continuous improvement inprocesses and standards within scrum team and contribute ideas and leadinitiatives for the Enterprise Agile Transformation. Recommend improvements andexhibit ownership in driving recommendations to actual deliverable. Create allrequired artifacts required by Ryder's agile methodology. Generate sprinthealth reports and other dashboards as it pertains to the product. Maintainscommunication with relevant Business representative (Product Owner) andFunctional representatives in regards to statuses, risks and concerns impactingthe sprint delivery. Owns and maintains Ryder approved ALM tool as it pertainsto the teams sprint and release and helps the team to maintain their ownupdates and deliverables.
