Tosca Automation Engineer position Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in test automation, with a focus on TOSCA toolset and insurance domain expertise. Strong proficiency in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using TOSCA, including modules, reusable components, and libraries. In-depth understanding of insurance industry concepts, processes, and systems, such as policy administration, claims management, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, with experience in scripting and test automation development. Solid knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including test design techniques, risk analysis, and defect management. Experience with Agile development methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Relevant certifications in test automation, Agile methodologies, or insurance domain (e.g., ISTQB, TOSCA Certified Professional) would be a plus.
