Candidate will be supporting critical Finance applications. Candidate should be able to resolve complex incident tickets in reasonable time. 3. Should be willing to do 24*7 oncall support. 4. Should have good analytical and communication skills. 5. Candidate should have proven incident management, problem management and change management experience. 6. Candidates willing to work in hybrid mode from Grand Rapids will be preferred. 7. Nice to have: Mainframe Modernization experience, Retail experience. 8.
