Role: Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Location: Iselin, NJ Duration: Contract Key Skills: EDM, Golden source Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise-wide data management strategies, policies, and procedures, leveraging Golden Source as a central data management platform. Lead the implementation and configuration of Golden Source, including data modeling, schema design, workflow automation, and integration with existing systems and data sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data management requirements, define data standards, and establish data governance frameworks. Develop and maintain data quality processes and controls to monitor, cleanse, and enrich data within Golden Source, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Provide technical expertise and support to business users, data stewards, and IT teams on Golden Source functionality, data workflows, and best practices. Lead data migration and consolidation efforts, ensuring seamless transition of data into Golden Source while minimizing disruption to business operations. Implement data lineage and metadata management solutions to track the flow of data and maintain a comprehensive inventory of enterprise data assets. Conduct regular audits and assessments of Golden Source configurations, data quality metrics, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and Golden Source functionality. Act as a subject matter expert on Golden Source within the organization, providing training, documentation, and guidance to end users and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise data management, with a focus on implementing and administering Golden Source. Strong understanding of data management principles, data modeling techniques, and relational database concepts. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Golden Source modules, workflows, and data schemas to meet business requirements. Experience with data quality tools, data governance frameworks, and metadata management solutions. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to data management, such as GDPR, CCPA, and Basel III. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Certifications in Golden Source or related data management technologies are a plus. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
