Position : Salesforce admin/product owner Location : (Fully Remote) Duration : 6 months C2C Interview : Video VISA : EAD ,GC, USC Job Description Some additional notes Need for Conga Description: salesforce admin/product owner Responsibilities: Support the migration of technology risk management, disaster recovery and business continuity into our SaaS platform - Fusion Risk Management including: Responsible for the effective and accurate development of the SAAS system. This will include developing of business user requirements and testing resources to maintain the system Responsible for understanding system requirements, tasking and estimating features, and following work management life-cycle processes such as keeping work items current in Service Now Understand version control, small check-ins, labeling, versioning and deployment best practices for both source code and database deployments Understand and develop data requirements to establish a data foundation in Fusion for applications, locations, and business processes Actively participate in applications planning/strategy meetings and provides input on the most appropriate and effective use of applications Provide guidance and assistance to the applications users and support teams on all aspects of application deployment, training and support, including installation, configuration, and first and second tier support Identify and resolve issues, including issue tracking and escalation Possibly provide monthly training sessions for key stakeholders Provide support for special projects, key activities and business initiatives Ability to work independently with little direction to drive the understanding of requirements and work across the team for the implementation of new processes, procedures or implementations in the portfolio toolset (Sharepoint, Service Now, Fusion Risk Management, SendWordNow) Ability to develop proposed work for review, feedback and approval Collaborate closely with project team, business user, and multiple groups to define and implement product features Maintain confidentiality given sensitivity of business and employee information Ability to exhibit extreme ownership of the solutions and organization Qualifications: Experience with 8-15 years application development, testing, documenting requirements and deployment of projects Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design, and data Strong Salesforce development experience Comfortable and confident in speaking with key stakeholders to gather requirements and demo functionality Strong collaboration skills working as the liaison with main vendor to help implement solutions and work order requirements Ability to work in a waterfall model project environment Basic knowledge of Conga preferred Flow experience is preferred Experience working with Fusion is a perk but not essential Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and/or equivalent work experience Thanks and Regards!!
