The ideal candidate must have a solid background in software engineering, and DevOps& Gateway practices. The role will involve working on various projects involving the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications and managing the infrastructure using DevOps tools/practices & knowledge of gateway technologies Responsibilities Work with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues Build and deploy applications in the development, testing, and production environments Automate processes using continuous integration and deployment pipelines Monitor application and infrastructure performance, and troubleshoot issues Participate in design and architectural discussions to ensure best practices are applied Seek opportunities to improve the DevOps process and the application support and build knowledge repository Support gateway/network issues Requirements Proficient with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Hands-on experience in building and deploying Cloud-based applications using AWS Experience in designing and implementing automated testing and continuous integration pipelines Good understanding of network fundamentals, gateway technologies (network, api) Familiarity with protocols (HTTPS/HTTPS/MQTT, CoAP) Troubleshooting skills related to gateway, connectivity, performance. Familiarity with scripting langauage (Python) and automation Knowledge of databases and SQL, including MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc. Good understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
