This is a remote opportunity that can sit anywhere in the United States. The ideal candidate must have a background working within the Public Sector (Local Government/State/County). What Youll Do: Work within AST project engagements for Salesforce implementations for our Public Sector (State/County/Local government) clients Experience in working within the Public Sector is required Host business requirements meetings with the client Work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders Author business use cases & user stories Host presentations of prototypes/demos with business users Configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementations Assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers & data consultants Assist with User Acceptance testing What Were Looking For: Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce.com functionality Must have prior experience working within the Public Sector (State/local government) Firm understanding of Salesforce.com best practices Prior experience working on an agile projects Have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities, Public Sector Foundation or Custom cloud Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration preferred including, creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities Excellent presentation skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Admin preferred 3-5 years of Salesforce or relevant consulting experience Thanks & Regards, Mayank Mer Technical Recruiter https://www.linkedin.com/in/mayank-mer-405972114/ Keywords: business analyst user interface Looking for, SalesForce Business Analyst || Remote || USC Only || prior experience working within the Public Sector [email protected] |
