Role: Project Manager with Pharm Experience Location: 100% Remote Visa; USC and GC Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Phone and Video LinkedIn(Make sure consultant LinkedIn match with resume), SSN, DOB Responsibilities: Resource Management Data Health Resource Process Training & Reinforcement Develop and maintain weekly status reports on resource insights Create and maintain resource portfolios by FS&T leader and assign workload for capacity management Facilitate SigniFi SME resource requests and fulfillment Analyze, Interpret, and Translate complex resource data into valuable insights Communicate leading indicators based on resourcing requests/fulfillment in the context of the SigniFi MLP while working closely with the PMO teams across workstreams Develop strategies for effective resource analysis and to support the delivery of the desired MLP Business outcomes Maintain and drive projects throughout the full life cycle. Ideation, planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Project schedule management Project integration, Inter and intra-dependency management Resource plans and management RAID management Scope and project change management Financial Management Communications and Status Management General data maintenance for SigniFi Portfolio / CCT Maintain relevant documentation within a SigniFi Central Document Repository as one-stop shop for key scope and testing documents needed by PMO and the business Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance/Accounting, Information Management or equivalent is required Post-graduate degree preferred Professional project management certification (PMP) and/or diploma preferred Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, resource management, project planning, scheduling tools, and cross-project analyses is required Demonstrated experience delivering on projects of many sizes & durations. Highly adaptable to changing needs within the organization - adapts to rapidly changing priorities Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel is required Planview is preferred Microsoft Sharepoint experience preferred Healthcare Industry experience preferred 5+ years of project management of enterprise-wide implementations is preferred Finance experience is preferred (process or technology) Edit Client Job Description Additional Details Updated notes based on KH meeting with Jared on 4/5: Jared owns: compliance, change/comms & training, and resource management across the finance organization. The bulk of the responsibility is resource management and data analysis (in Excel). They will work with the 15+ workstream leads (PMs) to manage requests for finance SME support as they implement technology solutions. These SME's are not dedicated to the program, they have day jobs. We have to borrow their time to test the system and have to be careful to not over-utilize their time. This PM will run the process to request support for these individuals and do analysis for resource risks (are we asking too much of them). This is NOT a typical Program/Project manager who drives plans to completion. They have visibility across all the different project plans and see where resources are managed. They will analyze data to ensure people aren't over allocated. (i.e. John has been pulled into multiple workstreams and his allocation is 120% - this is a risk). MUST have proven experience with resource management and data analysis in excel (this is not complex analysis) When things are slower on the RM front, they will be pulled into the compliance side. Jared has to meet with the compliance leads on a weekly basis to discuss compliance risks and cannot be in all meeting at once. This PM will meet with the project teams to collect information from PMs and escalate the risk This is more of a resource management skillset with some PMO chops. They will not be writing or tracking project plans. It's a level down from a Sr. PM, more of a coordinator. EST or CST ONLY. this is a global role; they will have to interact with EMEA and APAC. Remote is fine Must have a sense of urgency, everything is time sensitive. Must be very comfortable with Excel, be hands-on with data, and good with following up with other PMs Finance experience is a nice to have but not a priority; Jared doesn't have finance. Will work in Planview (PPM tool), Excel, and SharePoint.
