Required Qualifications : Minimum of seven years experience within the last 15 years of broad, extensive experience applying Project Management (PM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools. A minimum of four years of this experience must have been as a senior PM and all experience must be on a large-scale project. (Large-scale is defined as the total system development which include planning, design, development, and implementation of $20 million one-time costs or 5,000 system users.) More than seven years experience, within the last 15 years, applying Project Management (PM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools. Additional points will be awarded to the Offeror if the total number of qualifying years of experience exceeds seven years and was gained within the past 15 years. More than four years of experience as a Senior PM on a large-scale project. Large-scale is defined as a system having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost (total system development cost including planning, design, development, and implementation) of at least $20 million.
