Job Title Senior Solution Architect - Powerscale in a Medical environment Location :- Massachusetts / Remote Duration:- 3+ months Scope Details Must have skills - Powerscale in a Medical environment Project Tasks Resource having knowledge about medical services in a PowerScale environment (medical images - xrays, MRIs,etc) is a nice to have skill. Assist customer to optimize their cluster for the specical medical use case Assist with day to day operational activities/tasks General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas once residency is completed Monitors, reviews, and manage environment to identify areas of improvement following Dell EMC best practices Review user permission/access, provide areas of improvement/best practice recommendations KT to keep clusters healthy moving forward (code/firmware upgrades) Monitors, reviews, and manage environment Conduct knowledge transfer for new technology features, management and admin activities, and Standard Operating Procedures. Review IT processes and policies (Incident, capacity, performance and change management as part of new solution) May need to create shares when needed Assist with cluster replication if needed Assist with how to set up policies to replicate if needed Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment.
