USC/GC/GC-EAD/H4-EAD *This position is hybrid *Some local travel may be required *prior state experience is key to this role. Responsibilities: Improve the applications into user-friendly products for our clients Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. Build page navigation buttons and search fields. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables). Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images. Required Skills:7 Years - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role 7 Years - Proven experience working on a variety of design projects involving web based applications 5 Years - Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision) 5 Years - Up-to-date knowledge and hands on working experience of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 7 Years - Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identify options. 7 Years - Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
