In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving incidents within the VisionPlus application, ensuring smooth operations across Production and UAT environments. Responsibilities: Monitor Production and UAT environments for incidents. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within VisionPlus subsystems (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx). Develop and implement solutions to resolve incidents efficiently. Work independently to escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical expertise and solutions to business problems. Assist in resolving complex issues during implementation, testing, and production phases. Maintain a high-level understanding of all VisionPlus subsystems and batch processing workflows. Qualifications: Essential Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience with VisionPlus. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Experience working independently and escalating issues as needed. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: 6-8 years of experience with VisionPlus (highly desirable). Experience with managing VisionPlus deployments and configurations. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell). Experience with Agile methodologies.
