There is a 3rd party partner working on the Workday transition. Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements, design, and develop effective solutions with minimal supervision while working with the business. Understand overall business operations and help develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements. Perform specialized assignments; solve complex problems, and develop non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking. Interpret internal/external business environment. Recommend best practices to improve processes or services. Impact achievements of customer, operational, project, or service objectives. Communicate difficult concepts to the team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products. May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Work as an individual contributor, working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations. Perform all other duties as assigned by management. Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred. Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience. 2+ years of Workday experience. Experience being a part of a Workday implementation is a plus.
