DRUG TESTING REQUIRED Preferred/required skills: 3 years or more of experience with Java programming Experience with a large and complex system platform. Microservice-based applications preferred Scoring: 35%-Java 1.8 or higher programming experience duration and quality. Full stack, Jira and or GIT experience a plus 25%-Experience with writing Soap and RESTful web services using the Spring Framework, Implementing Spring Security, Reading / Writing Spring Data to Postgres and Mongo databases. 20%-Experience with an eligibility and enrolment system, or other Governmental systems particularly that related to public benefits or payments/collections. 20%-Rate Statement of Work Java Developer This is an onsite, fulltime position in Salt Lake City, Utah, for a Java Developer working on the eREP (Electronic Resource Eligibility Product) system and related applications. Work remotely from home (in Utah) will be an option for some of the work hours, at least 2 days per week will be onsite. eREP is a browser-based interface to the application written in Java using JBoss, Oracle, MongoDB, Spring Hibernate, DROOLS, Vaadin, and other technologies. Duties include: Development of Java code to implement requested features and capabilities with open-source technologies and custom code in the Spring/Hibernate model. Note: the candidate may be authorized to access highly confidential information of various types. There is a zero-tolerance policy for violations of information access policy. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of self-direction, professional communications ability, and discipline to fit in to high-performing team.
