Note: candidate needs to have following kind of experience: Engaging in client-facing roles, demonstrating exceptional collaboration skills while managing a diverse range of IT and business stakeholders. Analyzing and converting business requirements into technical specifications, developing innovative solutions to meet client needs. Leading projects involving software migration and platform migration with a high level of expertise. Implementing quality procedures and conducting audits to guarantee the delivery of high-quality outputs by the team. Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and support staff, to coordinate client interactions and ensure smooth project execution. Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and concerns regarding infrastructure solutions. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including meeting minutes, action items, and correspondence, to track progress and facilitate effective communication. Worked closely with Stakeholders-Business-IT Partners, Executive management, Marketing, Vendor/Service/Solution Provider for Project Initiatives, Product-Feature plans/roadmaps/prioritization, Cost estimation, Release plans, Reporting. In short the candidate needs to be hands on cloud infrastructure experience and client facing, project planning, project management experience, the candidate should be able to drive the client, candidate has to work independently with client. Start Date: ASAP Duration : 12-18+ months Location: Hybrid at Naperville, IL Client - ValueMomentum Summary : The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This includes overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing the projects timeline, be the single point of contact for the customer and work with various teams (Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Projects, Client teams, other vendors). Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions based on best practices and industry standards. Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure uninterrupted service for our clients. Collaborate with architects to define infrastructure architecture and design patterns. Evaluate new cloud technologies and tools for potential adoption to enhance system capabilities and efficiency. Optimize cloud infrastructure costs by monitoring resource usage, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and budgeting accordingly. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product management, to align infrastructure with business objectives. Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the cloud infrastructure. Ensure SLA compliance across the services. Review and monitor cloud infrastructure performance. Review security and compliance measures Work with cloud providers and vendors to resolve issues and troubleshoot and resolve project issues. Review cloud governance policies and procedures Be the point of contact for all services for the customer. Provide updates to stakeholders with progress updates as needed. Develop and manage project plans; estimate effort and timelines. Provide support to end users of the application. Establish incident response protocols for both infrastructure and application incidents. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, minimize downtime, and restore services quickly. Manage relationships with cloud service providers and third-party vendors for support services, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
