Role: IT Operations / Monitoring Consultant Location: REMOTE Length: 6-12 months Interview :Video Requirements: 1. Must have IBM Monitoring tools skillset, to implement, configure and upgrade. 2. Must have hands on experience with Omnibus (IBM Netcool) tool 3. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations and support. 5. Strong knowledge and understanding of IT operations processes, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management. 6. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. 7. Experience in managing and coordinating IT vendors and service providers. 8. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and practices. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 11. Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 12. Proven experience in documentation and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications: 1. ITIL certification (preferred) 2. Experience in managing and supporting cloud and on-prem based technologies. 3. Project management skills. 4. Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level applications and systems. 5.
