Participate in the analysis, design, and development of practice-based applications within the life sciences domain. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and implement software solutions using the Appian low-code automation platform. Customize and configure Appian applications to meet specific business needs. Develop integrations with other systems and databases as required. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of the Appian platform. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification required. 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience as a Certified Appian Developer. Experience working within the life sciences industry is desired but not mandatory. Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) concepts and methodologies. Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Appian Records, and Appian Reports. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
