They need someone with strong skills in data analysis, BI reporting, ensure accuracy, developing visualizations & dashboards. The ideal candidate will have Power BI experience in K-12 education setting and/or State and/or federal reporting experience using data from an educational setting (highly preferred). PLEASE NOTE: MUST live in the Baltimore area (drivable distance to zip code 21201)!! This is a hybrid role with the ability to work remotely, but must be able to come into the office on occasion, as needed. We are seeking a Power BI Report Analyst to support our client in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have Power BI experience in K-12 education setting and/or State and/or federal reporting experience using data from an educational setting (highly preferred) Mandatory Requirements BS Degree from an accredited college or university A minimum of 2-years Microsoft Power BI experience Must be able to come into the office on occasion, as needed by Client Management ***Must live in commutable distance to 21201 zip code!!! Partial Remote will be allowed; however this person MUST report to office as occasionally requested by management*** Responsibilities: Receive and load data collections and data elements into the Power BI data inventory Perform data analysis based on Client data reporting guidelines Ensure data accuracy and completeness; Adhere to data security and privacy best practices Transform the data to meet the business and technical needs of the end-user Develop guidelines for dashboards, reports, and data visualization Upload data into the Power BI application and perform data validation Develop reports and dashboard templates in accordance with Client branding initiatives Create complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders Develop and maintain report archives for historical reference and long-term, secure storage and retention Perform data quality checks to validate data accuracy Provide weekly status reports which include, but are not limited to: Tasks Completed Tasks Planned Risks/Issues Perform other duties related to Clients Microsoft Power BI projects Keywords: business intelligence Maryland HIRING NOW::Power BI Report Analyst::REMOTE [email protected] |
