With a strong presence across the globe, our client is dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights to drive their business forward.Why join us The IT Support Manager works closely with the corporate office and branch locations to ensure that all technical and deployed IT solutions are working to company-approved specifications.Job Details Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Administrator to manage and maintain our technical systems and provide timely assistance to resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset and proficiency in a variety of technology systems, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Office suite, as well as desktop and user support.Key Responsibilities:Network and Infrastructure: - Manage and support network infrastructure for the support center and warehouses. - Administer Office 365 suite, including Defender, Entra, Exchange, and Azure AD. - Handle asset management and procurement for company equipment. - Provide support for VoIP phone systems across various locations. - Administer the support ticketing system and monitor for trends to proactively address issues.Desktop and User Support: - Issue, archive, troubleshoot, and repair laptops, MacBooks, and mobile technologies. - Support general IT software and hardware for employees. - Conduct orientation and training sessions for users on current or new technology. - Troubleshoot and support Bakery Technology systems as needed. - Manage and support VoIP hardware and services. - Perform printer maintenance tasks.Skills and Requirements: - Strong customer service mindset with a focus on meeting Bakery's needs. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to adapt to new systems quickly. - Experience in PC/Mac troubleshooting and configuration. - Basic network troubleshooting skills. - Desired experience with JAMF, InTune (Entra), Unifi, FreshDesk, and POS systems (Toast). - Associate degree, trade certification, or equivalent experience required.Physical Requirements/ Environment/ Working Conditions: - Office environment, requiring 5 days a week presence in the Addison/Dallas TX area. - Extended periods of sitting, typing, and computer use. - Occasional reaching, bending, and lifting, with occasional walking and standing. - Ability to lift equipment up to 40 pounds and climb ladders and stairs. - Occasional travel (up to 5%) to nearby restaurants or the distribution center for support.Interested in hearing more Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button.
