| Title: Data engineer (power BI developer) Location: Deerfield Beach, FL Position Requirements: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity. Strong facilitation and meeting management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships within and between individuals and cross-functional teams. Must exhibit strong customer service orientation. Working knowledge of agile methodology framework is a plus. Understands of software development architecture and technical aspects. Demonstrates curiosity and is self-motivated. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responsive to changing conditions. Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity. Technology/Application Requirements: Experience with Power BI creating data-rich dashboards, implementing Row-level Security (RLS), writing DAX expressions, developing custom BI products with scripting and programming languages. Knowledge in developing reporting and dashboards using visualizations with interactive views, trends, and drilldowns, along with user-level security. Financial analysis and modeling experience a plus. Strong proficiency in SQL language and developing complex queries. Experience working in an Azure Cloud database environment (Teradata may also be leveraged in the short term).
