| Role-MS Dynamics D365 ERP Architect Client-Monarch Beverage Visa- GC/USC We need: A very senior MS D365 ERP (NOT CRM) Architect to lead implementation, migration and all aspects of the D365 ERP project. Candidates need to be excellent communicators and techno-functional with extensive NAV experience. THIS POSITION IS HYBRID IN REDMOND WASHINGTON. How many years working with: Implementation & Migration experience We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Dynamics 365 ERP Architect with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, implementation, migration, and module knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 ERP system. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding to ensure the system meets the organization's business requirements and objectives. Responsibilities: Architecture Design: Design and architect Dynamics 365 ERP solutions that align with the organization's business goals and requirements. Implementation and Migration: Lead the implementation and migration of Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems or previous versions of Dynamics NAV. Module Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of various Dynamics 365 ERP modules, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Human Resources. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 ERP modules to meet specific business needs, utilizing best practices and industry standards. Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Dynamics 365 ERP with other systems and applications within the organization's ecosystem. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the Dynamics 365 ERP system. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the Dynamics 365 ERP system. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system architecture, configurations, customizations, and processes. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in Dynamics 365 ERP technologies, proposing and implementing enhancements and optimizations as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, developers, and consultants, to achieve project objectives and deliverables. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 ERP Architect, with a focus on Dynamics NAV, implementation, migration, and module knowledge. Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules, functionalities, and capabilities. Strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Power Platform, and Azure. Experience with customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget and scope. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 ERP, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect or equivalent, are preferred.
