| Hi Vendors , Please find the below job description for UX Designer and share your best suited consultants profiles with Resume Work Authorization Current Location Job Title: UX Designer Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid) Must have more Banking or Finance or Retail or eCommerce Domain Experience Only Locals Please 2-4; Top Three Skills: AEM Authoring or similar CMS experience (ie Contentful) at an agency, retail or financial services institution or large ecommerce site, Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Best-practices knowledge of W3C and other web design standards; Demonstrated understanding of usability/user-centered design, UX methodology, interactive design principles, and corporate branding; Ideal Candidate Profile: Our UX Authoring team supports the design efforts for Ally. You will work with a talented team to combine creative concepts and designs with cutting-edge technologies to create innovative customer experiences. You should have a strong eye for excellence in digital design and will work closely with web usability, content management, technology, analytics, accessibility, and LOB leaders to create a unified, customer-driven design direction. You should be highly innovative and inspire commitment to a higher standard. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. You should also be solutions oriented with the ability to multi-task and make quick creative changes based on feedback from the project owners; Work Schedule: Hybrid, in-office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week; Interview Process: 30-minute pre-screen Zoom interview with hiring manager, Follow-up 30-60-minute panel interview with 3-4 members of working team Description: UX Design Author Our UX team supports the design efforts for Ally. Job Responsibilities: Execute high quality page authoring under the direction of the UX Design Director and Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM) UX Manager Create and prepare digital assets for page authoring Adherence to our design standards and brand guidelines Should have a bold vision for excellence in web design and will work closely with designers, content management, technology, marketing, and LOB leaders to create a unified, customer driven design direction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solutions oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions Partner across related disciplines including, usability, design, content management, and web development to meet the objectives of every business engagement.
