The candidate should have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure AD Domain Services, ADFS/MS-SSO, Azure AD Connect, Windows Server 2012 to 2022, and Windows Security. They should also have in-depth knowledge of major Microsoft cloud-based back-office systems, including Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Security & Compliance, ATP, Intune, and Teams. The ideal candidate should have 7-9 years of AD experience in large environments to lead upgrade projects and proactively ensure best practices are crafted and completed on-premise and in the cloud. They should have expertise in forest/domain trusts and functional upgrades, domain controller upgrades/migration, and troubleshooting AD, SYSVOL replication, Kerberos, PKI, NTLM, LDAPs, Ciphers, and Certificate Svs. The candidate should also possess relevant certifications, preferably MCSE and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
