Position: Citrix Administration Location: Boston, MA Duration: 12+ Months Contract Years of experience: 09+ Years Onsite from Day 1 Visa: H1B | Need passport number along with submission Role Description: Minimum 3-5 years experience Citrix XenApp 6. X / 7.X and Citrix XenDesktop 7 Minimum 3-5 years experience with engineering and administration of remote access gateways covering Citrix, Cisco, and Juniper product lines Minimum 2 years experience Citrix Access Gateway/Netscaler knowledge of the relationship of each component of the farm including network, storage, server, and database Experience with DNS and DHCP Thorough knowledge of remote access solutions covering IPSec, SSL VPNs, and associated data security designs Strong Technical knowledge of Windows 2003/2008, Windows XP, Windows 7, SQL Server, Altiris, MS Office 2003/2007/2010, Active Directory Working knowledge of application deployment process and functional network troubleshooting Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines Provide escalated, highly complex technical support to customers by investigating and resolving systems-related matters of significance; provide support telephonically and/or electronically Strong communication skills to communicate systems proposals to management and customers and provide systems diagnoses and resolution for current systems Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior-level personnel, subordinates, and team members Ability to work independently and as part of a global team Network Administration: 5 years (Required) This person will help build our Citrix stack on top of a VMware environment You'll have the opportunity to present these solutions to the business and leadership of the organization, so presentation and speaking skills are needed.
