Onsite positions (might have some remote). Visa: USC, GC, H4EAD, GCEAD Note: Candidates should reside in the Southeast U.S. and be able/willing to relocate. *All candidates should have Salesforce experience for each position. STMS is a travel management application that is powered by the Salesforce platform. This application provides for electronic standardized forms for travel approvals, reimbursements, and travel advances, all of which feed into reporting functionality. These forms are electronically routed for approval and the system electronically interfaces with the state personnel system (People First) and the state accounting system (FLAIR). STMS will transition interfaces to the Florida Planning, Accounting and Ledger Management (PALM) system currently set to launch January 1, 2026. System project design and implementation work to that end will occur during the contract term. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the STMS, the STMS Team and enterprise support for the STMS. The manager is responsible for management of the relationships with the agencies that use the system, software providers, the Department of Financial Services (DFS), and the enterprise reporting functions of the system used by the Governors Office and the Legislature.
