Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Duration: Contract Location: New York, NY 10013(Day 1 Onsite ( 5 Days in Client office is Mandatory)) Job Description : Mandatory Areas Must Have Skills Skill 1 Salesforce Marketing Cloud domain Skill 2 Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, Skill 3 Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder Skill 4 -marketing automation workflows using Automation Studio, including configuring scheduled automations, file imports, and data extracts. The role responsibilities of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant include: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and data integration needs. Designing solutions and recommending best practices to meet business objectives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder. Configuring and customizing Marketing Cloud components to build and execute email campaigns, customer journeys, automation workflows, and audience segmentation strategies. Managing subscriber data within Marketing Cloud, including data imports, segmentation, audience creation, and synchronization with external systems such as CRM platforms and e-commerce databases. Setting up and launching email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and customer journeys within Marketing Cloud, ensuring proper targeting, personalization, and scheduling. Analyzing campaign performance metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and automation activities. Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and following best practices for data privacy, consent management, and subscriber opt-in/opt-out processes. Monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns and automation processes to improve performance, increase engagement, and achieve business goals, as well as staying updated on new features and capabilities of Marketing Cloud. Communicating with clients regularly to provide project updates, address concerns or issues, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems, such as CRM platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications. Ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between systems. 2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in configuring and customizing various components of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder. Knowledge of data management best practices within Marketing Cloud, including data imports, data extensions, segmentation, and data synchronization with external systems. Experience in designing and building email campaigns, including creating email templates, dynamic content, and personalization using AMPscript and HTML/CSS. Ability to design and build customer journey automation using Journey Builder, including setting up triggers, decision splits, and engagement activities to deliver personalized and targeted customer experiences. Proficiency in setting up marketing automation workflows using Automation Studio, including configuring scheduled automations, file imports, and data extracts. Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Analytics tools and capabilities, including tracking email performance metrics, analyzing campaign results, and generating reports to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness. Understanding of integration concepts and experience in integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud), e-commerce platforms, and external databases, using APIs and connectors. Knowledge of AMPscript language for dynamic content and personalization, as well as SQL for querying and manipulating data within Marketing Cloud data extensions. Experience in setting up and managing SMS and mobile push notification campaigns using Mobile Studio, including audience segmentation, message creation, and delivery scheduling. Understanding of email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices for email deliverability, list management, and subscriber consent. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to optimize Marketing Cloud performance and functionality. Experience working in an Agile project environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions iteratively and adaptively. 3. Work Experience: With over 8 years of hands-on experience in the Marketing Cloud domain, encompassing a minimum of 6 successful Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, and a proven track record in adeptly gathering requirements and devising tailored solutions for client projects. 4.
