Role: Software Business Analyst Location: 100% Remote Visa: USC and GC Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Phone and Video LinkedIn(Make sure consultant LinkedIn match with resume), SSN, DOB Azure dev ops exp. required They're Microsoft Office env't - work with share content and create content This is for oral care product team Able to handle & communicate complexity Health care exp nice, not required. They work with regulatory stuff - any other regulated industries, like banking helpful. 5 Years exp as BA Must be fluid working with business side - facilitate convos w/SMEs, drive to solution in user stories. Paired with a designer & given a feature. Work w/developers, QA, build story, test, write release notes, present demo of what the feature does within the software. Behavior development helpful but not required (can adapt) As a Software Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into clear and actionable specifications for our development team. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and testability. Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and designers to prioritize features and define project scope. Conduct story grooming sessions to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements. Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical implementation. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, serving as a bridge to ensure mutual understanding and successful project delivery. Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with the team to mitigate them. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to requirements gathering, analysis, and communication. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry - 5 yrs experience. Proficient in translating intricate technical or visual functionalities into comprehensive and testable acceptance criteria. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Experience in writing clear and concise user stories, and acceptance criteria. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in complex technical discussions. Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
