Demonstrated ability to lead teams with appropriate measurable quality goals for a project and KPIs for the individuals in the team. 5+ different technology work experience. Able to articulate/communicate effectively. 2+ years of hands-on coding/automation scripting experience and can demonstrate ability to understand and articulate overall architecture of previously worked projects Desirable Skills: Demonstrated positive ROI within a year on an automation investment (either self or via team the individual led).
