Role: IAM Systems Engineer Location: 100% Remote Visa: USC and GC Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Phone and Video LinkedIn(Make sure consultant LinkedIn match with resume), SSN, DOB In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Understanding of LDAP-based identity stores Experience working with API development, XML and JSON Ability to write SQL statements to interact with databases Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python Experience with systems administration tasks for Windows and/or Linux Day to day administration of the Omada platform including adding Users, Groups and Roles ensuring that these conform to the agreed standards for access to the platform Monitors health, usage, and overall compliance of Omada and its integrated applications Authors and maintains technical documentation. Create clear and concise documentation utilizing the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow around known issues or workarounds for Omada Monitor work queue and work with teams to resolve support issues in the Omada platform Own and lead troubleshooting issues identifying the root cause and working with developers / engineers to address issues in a timely manner as required Participating proactively in standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives. Support the Omada solution, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution. Contribute to IAM Roadmap collaborating with process owners and participating in scrum ceremonies. Work with development, engineering, support and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
