Job: Sr. Project Manager Location: Nampa, Idaho (Onsite) Term: 12 + Months Visa : USC OR GC Working hours- 32 hr/ week Duration- 3 months and possible extension Linked in must Job Description Onsite Requirements and Work Locations: This is a fully onsite position. While this position is based out of the Nampa office (address noted in details above), the resource will be expected to work onsite between both the Nampa and Boise offices (Boise address noted above as well) as necessary to successfully manage this project. Contract Duration: This is expected to be a short-term contract position with an initial duration of 3 months. There is a possibility it could extend beyond that, but candidates submitted MUST be aware and comfortable accepting a position that may only last for a 3-month duration. Expected Weekly Hours: Contractor is expected to work 32 hours per week. MAKE SURE you have made this clear to your candidates and they are comfortable with this 32 hour/week expectation prior to submitting them. Local Candidates: Because this is a fully onsite position with a short-term duration, ONLY SUBMIT CURRENTLY LOCAL CANDIDATES who are able to work onsite and comfortable with a short-term project. Description- IT System Development Project Management 5 Years Experience coordinating large IT system modemization projects. 5 Years PM experience driving clear action steps that achieve results across multi-functional project teams. 8 Years Experience preparing and presenting oral presentations to groups, briefing leadership and stakeholders. 5 Years PM experience managing a high volume of details from a multi-functional team and summarizing for efficiency and effectiveness. 5 Years PM experience monitoring, tracking and communicating the status of critical information for decision making and follow up. 8 Years Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) required as this role will interface with team members of all levels across the agency.
