BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in developing software tools for testing with C++, Java and Python. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, frameworks, and tools Proficient in multiple programming languages, including C++, Java, and Python Experience with testing automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong collaboration and communication skills Experience with Agile development methodologies. Your Responsibilities Will Include Design, develop, and maintain testing tools and frameworks using C++, Java, and Python Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and create solutions. Develop automated testing scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with testing tools and frameworks. Optimize testing tools for performance, reliability, and scalability. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years experience in software or electrical hardware engineering 2+ years experience in system development lifecycle process including formalized processes and procedures. Familiarity with requirements management/PLM tools Experience in product concept development, customer interaction, verification of engineering requirements, and validation of customer needs/design requirements. Strong written and verbal communication, judgment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills Ability to build relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders.
