Basic Qualifications Senior Software Engineer8+ years of software development experience, preferred in an enterprise software product. Technical leadership in Java, algorithms, data structures, complex enterprise solutions Proven grasp of design patterns, coding best practices and be able to write unit-testable code.BS and/or master s in computer science, Engineering or related field preferred. Other QualificationsStrong foundation in computer science fundamentals (e.g. algorithms, data structures, etc.) Provide mentoring to junior team members on engineering best practices Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
