MDES is seeking one Senior Analyst/Developer with experience in .Net Applications. The Contractor will work in the state office with existing MDES Technical Team members to provide maintenance, enhancements, and support to the agency's current applications. The contractor may also be required for designing, developing and enhancing additional applications as requested. Tasks required will be, Serve as a Technical Microsoft .Net Developer for MDES, Maintain, support and develop enhancements to the MDES Eligible training Provider List (ETPL) applications. Assist the MDES technical Team supporting the functions required under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Skills Required - All Skills listed below are required and should be clearly visible in the resume. .Net Development and Support - SME Level - Minimum 15 Years experience. .Net Visual Studio - SME Level - Minimum 15 Years experience, including experience with most recent versions. Record locking development and experience. - SME Level - Minimum 5 years. Application Security. - SME Level - Minimum 5 Years. System and User Level Auditing - SME Level - Minimum 5 Years. SQL Server Database Administration. - SME Level - Minimum 5 Years. Design and produce queries for quarterly, yearly and ad hoc reports required by US Department of labor, legislature, and state and local partners. SME Level - Minimum 5 Years. Data Modeling - SME Level - Minimum 5 Years. Proficient in English Speaking and Writing. SME Level Ability in interact with functional users and technical staff regarding business and information technology needs. - SME Level.
