From: Shivam Singh, Vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to:   [email protected] Job Description - Title: Database Administrator  with Mainframe z/OS Physical and Logical DB2 (DBA)  (SKILL LEVEL 3) Location: Remote, Albany, NY (EST Time zone only) Remote: 12 months Notes: All candidates MUST be US Citizen (No Visa or Green Card holders) All candidates MUST reside (Live/work) in Eastern Standard Time Zone Must have a drivers license (or non-drivers ID) Primary duties include: - Incident and Problem resolution based on customer Service Level requirements. - Execute DB Utilities (Reorg, Runstats, Copy, Load, Unload, Modify, Check, Recover, Rebuild) - Proficiently write new and modify existing JCL - Execute DB2 Commands (Stop, Start, Display, Cancel, etc) - Resolve problems, document solutions, and implement changes - DB2 Security (RACF, Grants, Revokes, Roles, Privileges) Required: - At least 5 years experience with DB2 z/OS, 3 years with v11/v12 - At least 5 years experience with z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, and DB2 Utilities - At least 5 years experience with executing DDL - At least 5 years experience in Capacity / Performance management - At least 5 years experience with DB2 Backup / Recovery - At least 5 years experience in Apply Problem Solving Techniques - At least 5 years experience in database monitoring - At least 5 years experience in database maintenance and administration - English: Fluent Preferred: - At least 7 years experience with DB2 z/OS, 4 years with v11/v12 - At least 7 years experience with z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, and DB2 Utilities - At least 7 years experience with executing DDL - At least 7 years experience in Capacity / Performance management - At least 7 years experience with DB2 Backup / Recovery - At least 7 years experience in Apply Problem Solving Techniques - At least 7 years experience in database monitoring Keywords: database zos Idaho New York Urgent Requirement:-Database Administrator with Mainframe z OS Physical and Logical DB2(DBA) [email protected]
