Previous experience in technical writing, preferably in the aerospace or aviation industry. Strong understanding of aircraft systems, components, and operations, with knowledge of aviation terminology, principles, and best practices. Proficiency in document authoring tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, Arbortext Editor, or similar software. Familiarity with structured authoring standards such as ATA iSpec 2200, S1000D, or similar specifications. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of aviation regulations, certification processes, and safety management systems is a plus.
