| Hybrid Marietta, GA - 4 DAYS USC/GC Oracle Testi ng lead to work with the SI and the offshore team as the POC for all Testing. Must have experience with Oracle Cloud applications and testing. This is a technical role requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive experience in testing Oracle applications and systems, with a focus on system integration testing and interface testing. Strong understanding of system integration principles, methodologies, and best practices, with hands-on experience integrating Oracle applications with other enterprise systems. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for database testing and data validation in integrated environments. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of testers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, HP UFT, or Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) for automating integration testing tasks. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and ensuring the reliability and integrity of integrated systems. Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies is preferred.
